  • This website is operated by Soul n Body, powered by Shopify.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, update these Terms, or withdraw products at any time.

 

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability.

  • However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours is completely accurate.

  • All products are for personal use only and not for resale.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days; express delivery 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@soulnbody.shop with your order number.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the return.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

 

6. Liability

  • Our products are made with natural ingredients, but we recommend patch testing before use.

  • Soul n Body is not liable for any adverse reactions or misuse of products.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Soul n Body and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
